Our staff
President/CEO, Douglas Boggs, holds nearly four decades of construction experience. He is a seasoned real estate builder/investor/developer and has invested/developed properties in CA, AZ, FL, NV, TX, and Mexico.
Douglas J Boggs is also the author of the critically acclaimed book "Quantum of Justice - The Fraud of Foreclosure and the Illegal Securitization of Notes by Wall Street".
Doug is a professionally trained singer and was inducted into the Child Performer's Hall of Fame at fourteen.
Krista Taylor (Design/Management) holds a BFA in Interior Architecture from the Academy of Art University. She began her career working as an Interior Designer at San Francisco’s Architecture and Light, to Signature Properties as an Architecture Coordinator, to Dudum Sports and Entertainment as a Design and Construction Manager leading to designing restaurants for celebrities, including several for Grammy winner Carlos Santana. Krista is an experienced hang glider.
Kristin Werner (Senior Project Manager) has extensive esperience with retail, tech, hospitality, multi-family housing, entertainment, education, healthcare, and professional service companies. Kristin is the owner, designer and developer of a private island boutique hotel with restaurant, bar, and spa in Nicaragua. She also runs a non-profit kitten/cat rescue in Vallejo, CA.
Antonio Lopez has nearly four decades of construction management, superintendent and project forman background. In his free time he stays busy managing his own properties in CA and Mexico, and his three daughters.
